Curly Q....Shirley Temple.............

No..........but, an entirely different cool drink of water!!

Isabelle had been asking for months to put curlers in. I never did, because, well, she's already curly!! About a month ago, she finally broke me down, and I acquiesced. The finished product was actually pretty cute!

What do you do for fun?

We paint rocks.

Goodbye Griswalds!!

Some of you may have thought the Griswalds had moved in and were here to stay--understandable, since we've lived here for two years and have NEVER trimmed the bushes!! In our defense, they were so small when we first moved in, I just never really noticed how big they had gotten! All our worried neighbors can now breathe a sigh of relief!! We even found a bird nest in one of our trees! Pretty cool.

Witches!

All of us girls were 'funky' witches for Halloween! We made our skirts out of tulle, and I think they turned out pretty cute! We had so much fun!

The irony of me being a pregnant witch was not lost at our house!!

2nd Annual Hunsaker Bizarre Food Night

Halloween cuisine this year consisted of mummy pizzas, brain (watermelon), witch fingers (carrot sticks), bug juice, and eyeballs (powdered doughnuts). We've been wanting to try brain ever since we saw Andrew Zimmern eating it on Bizarre Foods, and we finally got our chance! Scary good!

Halloween Cookies

Decorating Halloween cookies. YUM!

Student of the month (Again!)

Isabelle was student of the month in September, and was chosen again for the month of October. The character trait for October was respect. She was chosen in September by her teacher, and then in October the class voted and she was chosen again. We're very proud of her!!

Best Chore Day...EVER!

Two Saturday's ago, it was chore day!! Isabelle asked all week if we could wash the car, so I told her that if she and Ava got all their chores done they could wash the car. Their chores were done in no time!! Genius! Why didn't we think of this sooner! We squeaked another chore out of it and they thought it was a reward--SWEET!
